Accepting Terms of Use

Cost of using the site and payment terms

4.7. At the end of each month, Lviv Realty will send an account to the business that includes the monthly cost of providing the platform, detailing the transactions made during the relevant month and thus the total sales commission payable. Lviv Realty will have 14 days to provide the business with its trusts, if any, and the business must do so in writing. Immediately thereafter, the charge for the sales commissions will be made in accordance with paragraph 4.8 below. It is clarified that no filing will be allowed after the aforementioned deadline.
4.8. Monthly accounts will be sent to the business for providing the platform for each calendar month and will automatically be charged until the agreed contract period between the parties in accordance with the order form and in accordance with the payment method chosen by the business (hereinafter: “payment routes”).
4.9. In the event of cancellation of a transaction and the buyer’s credit after the 14 days as stated in section 4.7, and after the commission has been charged for it – Lviv Realty will receive the seller a commission charged for the transaction less transfer fees and no later than 3 months from the date of the original transaction.
4.10. The end user must keep all information in his account up to date at all times, including the e-mail address and payment method information such as a valid credit card or PayPal account.
4.11. All tax payments that apply to the end user, both the business and the buyers, will be applicable to them only, and it is clarified that Lviv Realty will not pay any taxes on transactions carried out on the site.
Establishing a store and selling products
5.1. All businesses undertake to maintain the same basic rules in the terms of use of the stores they create on the website (hereinafter: “the business terms of use”).
