LANDLORD REPRESENTATION
With extensive experience representing Class A and Trophy products along Lviv city center, Lviv Realty is positioned to deliver an extensive platform of leasing services utilizing innovative marketing tools, technology and events to accelerate tenant retention and new tenant recruitment. Lviv Realty’s tenant retention rate has been historically in excess of 98%.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Through established partnerships, Lviv Realty delivers superior construction management services responsible for selecting vendors, to developing scope, budget and schedule from inception through move-in and final punch-list phase. In this role Lviv Realty provides oversight through every phase of construction, the evaluation of base building work and systems and delivery of the finished product on time and on budget.
