EVALUATION OF ALL TYPES OF PROPERTY
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Real estate and land
Apartment (owner – individual) :
• Documents confirming the ownership of the property, or documents on the basis of which the property was acquired / executed;
• Technical passport BTI
• A copy of the passport (1st, 2nd page) and the identification number of the owner / one of the co-owners of the property (this person subsequently acts as the customer of the assessment).
(!) In the case of registration of the inheritance, the heir may act as the customer of the assessment.
House and land (owner – individual) :
• Documents confirming the ownership of the property, or documents on the basis of which the property was acquired / executed;
• Technical passport BTI or extract from the technical passport with explication, floor plan of the house;
for land
• Extract from the land cadastre, state act on the right to permanent use of land, state act on the right of ownership of land, land lease agreement;
• A copy of the passport (1st, 2nd page) and the identification number of the owner / one of the co-owners of the property (this person subsequently acts as the customer of the assessment).

• Extract from the land cadastre, state act on the right to permanent use of land, state act on the right of ownership of land, land lease agreement;

• Documents confirming the ownership of the property, or documents on the basis of which the property was acquired or executed;
• Technical passport BTI or extract from the technical passport with explication;
• The constituent and registration documents of the Customer;
Land plot (owner – legal entity) :
• Documents confirming the ownership of the land (Extract from the land cadastre, the state certificate of the right to permanent use of the land, the state certificate of ownership of the land, the lease of the land).
• Documents on the basis of which there is or is registered ownership of the land (contract of sale, exchange, gift, etc.);
• The constituent and registration documents of the Customer.
